Shanxi Goodwill Valve Fittings Co., Ltd.
Shanxi Goodwill owns a total of 20,000 sqm in land, with 12,000 sqm as its construction/building area. There are approx. 200 sets of main equipment and 100 excess highly trained staff. It has three precision closed die forging production lines, which can forge small and medium-size forging with Max. 200 KGS. Moreover it is equipped with fully precision CNC machining and qualified laboratory capable to perform chemical analysis & mechanical properties and NDE test.
Shanxi Goodwill is focused on manufacturing different types of free forging, open die forging and precision close die forging. It has integrated the entire supply chain from the raw material stock, sawing, natural gas (electrical) heating, forging, trimming, heat treatment, surface treatment (shot and sand blasting), NDE test, rough machining and precision machining, Inspection and test, marking, coating, packing and shipment.
